How will I be compensated for the shoot?

PAID/TFP INFO:I do a limited number of TFP a year and that is only if it's something I need for my portfolio or a project ect.
If I'm not doing TFP my rates are very reasonable,and if you wish for me to travel for a shoot my expenses have to be paid.Normally when I do on occasion do TPF,I ask that,at the very least I get a shared copyright on one to three of the images from the shoot,my choice that I can use as I will,and also sell as prints through my website.I also don't mind getting paid in clothing if it's a clothing shoot ect.
Will I be getting a cd or prints and may I use the images on my site ect?
Please provide references to at least 3 models,preferably of the same caliber as myself that you have worked with.
